Eoin McGahon - Technical Specialist

Since graduating from Ulster University, Eoin has gained 7 years commercial experience, in a variety of sales and business development roles.  

Eoin has spent the last 4 years working as an eCommerce Specialist. In this role he managed and developed the digital selling activities for established brands, helping them to maximise the opportunities arising from the growth of online selling. He has also helped businesses enter eCommerce for the first time, managing their launch and growing their sales on a variety of online selling channels. Throughout his career, Eoin has gained a strong understanding of a variety of digital marketing activities and how they can be used to propel eCommerce growth. 

Eoin holds BSc Hons in Business Management from the Ulster University and a Digital Marketing Diploma from the Digital Marketing Institute. 

Eoin joined the College in May 2021 and his role focuses on industry engagement. He connects with local businesses to make them aware of how the College can support them using our facilities, the expertise of our staff as well as the funding that is available to help support delivery. He also provides training and mentoring through some of the funded programmes with a focus on innovation, upskilling and problem solving. 

 Outside of work, Eoin is heavily involved in sport, both as a player and as a coach.
