Course Content
This programme combines core modules in creative production, event management, digital content creation, and industry insights with specialist training in music production, production arts, or media production. Year 1 focuses on foundational skills, collaboration, and exploration of various disciplines, while Year 2 builds advanced expertise, self-management, and industry readiness through substantial projects and professional experience.
This course is subject to validation approval by The Open University.

Applicants must meet one of the following:
- BTEC Route: Level 3 Extended Diploma in a relevant subject.
- A Level Route: At least 64 UCAS points from A Levels, which must include a relevant subject such as Music, Media, Drama, or Art.
- Alternative Qualifications: Access to Higher Education Diploma or equivalent qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Additional Requirements:
- Portfolio or evidence of creative work
- Successful completion of an interview or audition demonstrating suitability for the course.
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or equivalent.
Where students wish to have prior education and/or experience taken into account, in lieu of meeting the full course entry requirements, they should contact the relevant Course Director or Admissions. Graduates can pursue careers in event production, media content creation, music production, stage management, or freelance creative work. The course also provides a pathway to top-up degrees in creative arts disciplines or roles in education, marketing, or creative project management.
