Most rewarding part of your job: When the student has that ‘ah that’s amazing’ moment. It's so rewarding to see them amazed at something they’ve just learnt or for them to stand back and look at their work and think ‘woah, I did that’.

Most memorable moment at Northern Regional College: I love doing competitions with the students, they are definitely the most memorable days for me, watching all the effort and hard work that goes into preparing for competition whether it be a small class competition or Worldskills, and then seeing the final result.
