Originally from Transylvania in Romania, he arrived in Ireland as a teenager and following in an older brother’s footsteps who at the time was working as a chef in Dublin, Adrian qualified as a chef and worked in Michelin star restaurants in Belfast, Paris and London.

Ballymoney woman Sarah Holden has used her passion for sport and exercise to create an exciting new local business, SH Massage Therapy, which specialises sports massage, cupping, dry needling, and myofascial release. After completing A levels in Biology, Health and Social Care, and Physical Education, Sarah did a vocational course in Sports and Exercise Science at Northern Regional College’s Coleraine campus.

A sports student from Northern Regional College was named bar champion at a prestigious national gymnastics competition. Niamh McConnell from Coleraine, who is studying a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science, came first on bars at the Women’s Artistic Classic Challenge Championships 2022 in Guildford, England.
