Neil previously worked as an engineer but because of health problems had to make a career change. He is now undertaking an apprenticeship with Dean Samuels’ Gentleman’s Barber in Newtownabbey.
Sean McAleese, Training Manager at Northern Regional College, said: “Neil has an innate ability and a gift for barbering and is passionate about customer service and creativity. His interaction, his cutting ability and customer service skills are highly regarded by his employer.”
