The City & Guilds Computer Aided Design series of competence-based courses are designed for those wishing to gain expertise in the use of AutoCAD and receive an industry recognised qualification at Level 3. This course will enable the students to have the knowledge and practical skills to create complex drawings including annotations and output using multiple view layouts.

The emphasis is on 'learning by doing' with candidates completing a number of assignments to demonstrate understanding of the software. This short course requires students to have previously completed the City and Guilds Level 2 2D Computer Aided Design programme or have same previous working knowledge of AutoCAD software.

*For those with limited or no previous experience using 2D CAD please apply for the City and Guilds Level 2 2D Computer Aided Design course.
