“I’ve always been into motor vehicles, and I thought Northern Regional College was the best place to start a career in that industry. I really like how hands-on and practical the course is. The boys in my class treat me the same as everyone else, and I’ve built up skills like communication and teamwork since we do a lot of work in pairs. I’m hoping to keep going with my studies and move on to the Level 3 Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship at the Ballymena campus, and my big goal is to get into the National Motorsport Academy in Leicester and become a mechanic or engineer in MotoGP.”
