After leaving school, Cole Thompson enrolled at Northern Regional College to study the Level 2 Traineeship in Barbering. After some research he settled on the traineeship at the Newtownabbey Campus.

“I really wanted to do barbering and thought Northern Regional College was the best option I was doing some research about it online and I really liked the look of the campus.”

The Traineeship has allowed Cole to learn and develop new skills, he has enjoyed making friends while learning all the basics of cutting, styling and colouring. It has helped prepare him for working with the public.

Cole is continuing his traineeship and looking for a Barbering placement to develop his barbering and to increase his skills further.
